To use the lamp:

1. Wear the glasses that comes with the lamp. They block UVB light.
2. Set the timer to 60 seconds and turn the timer on. 
3. Put the lamp 2 inches (5 centimeters) far from the skin.
 The lamp will treat skin area with a diameter of 2 inches (5 centimeters)
4. Stay on each area 1 minute.
5. Do this every 3 days.
6. After a month the skin will cure or almost cure.
7. After the cure treat the skin once a week.
8. You have 2 months to return the lamp if you will not be satisfied with the results.
